A delegation from the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF), led by Major General Vincent Nyakarundi, is in Paris, France, attending Eurosatory 2026, one of the world’s largest defence and security exhibitions.
The event, which opened on June 15, 2026, brings together military leaders, defence industry representatives and security stakeholders from across the world to showcase innovations in land and air defence systems, and to discuss evolving global security challenges.
Eurosatory is widely regarded as a key international platform for defence cooperation, enabling armed forces and industry actors to exchange expertise, explore emerging technologies and strengthen partnerships.
The exhibition also provides a forum for dialogue on modern security threats and the future of military capabilities, with a focus on collaboration between countries and defence manufacturers.
