Olivier Nduhungirehe held talks with Emmanuel Cohet, focusing on bilateral relations between Rwanda and France.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the discussions were held via telephone on April 28, 2026.
The two officials reviewed ongoing cooperation and exchanged views on the evolving security situation in the Great Lakes region.
The engagement follows their previous meeting in February 2026, when Ambassador Cohet visited Rwanda during a regional tour, where discussions centered on regional security and human rights.
