Rwandan music star King James has sold out the second edition of his “20 Years of King James” concert, with all tickets purchased just hours before the show.
The additional concert was organised following the overwhelming response to his first performance on Saturday, August 1, 2026, which attracted thousands of fans who came to celebrate his 20-year journey in music.
The first show at BK Arena sold out shortly after tickets went on sale, prompting King James to add a second performance for fans who missed the opening night.
However, tickets for the second concert, scheduled for Sunday, August 2, 2026, also sold out before the event started, confirming the strong connection between the singer and his audience.
The milestone places King James among the few Rwandan artists to stage two consecutive sold-out concerts at BK Arena, a venue with one of the country’s largest capacities for entertainment events.
The “20 Years of King James” concerts celebrate the artist’s music career, which began in 2006 and has produced several songs that have remained popular among Rwandan music fans for years.
