Rwandan rapper Jay C has released a new single, “Kampani,” featuring singers Marina and Bulldogg, bringing together three familiar names on Rwanda’s music scene.
The song was released alongside its official music video. Eyoo Rash Mastaa handled the audio production, with Bob Pro responsible for mastering, while Sixte and Cyacyana worked on the video production.
“Kampani” tells a story of love, betrayal and regret. The song follows a relationship that has fallen apart after one partner betrays the other, leaving the narrator reflecting on the time and effort invested in the relationship.
Jay C had announced the release ahead of time on August 28, 2026, building anticipation among his fans before the song was officially released.
“Kampani” marks Jay C’s latest release about five months after “Mayibobo.com,” a collaboration with fellow rapper Green P.
The new collaboration adds another release to Jay C’s growing music catalogue while bringing together three artists with established audiences in Rwanda.
