Rwandan social media personality Cedric Kwizera, popularly known as Yowe Bogari, has ventured into music with the release of his debut song, Impeta.
The love-themed song features Pakkage, who also handled its audio production, while Londun contributed to the project. The accompanying music video was directed by Boycutter.
Impeta tells a romantic story involving other familiar faces from Rwanda’s social media scene. Content creator Loxxah features as Bogari’s partner in the storyline, with Musinga playing the role of a pastor who officiates their wedding.
Announcing his entry into music, Bogari said he dedicated the song to his wife as a symbol of the love and affection he has for her.
“Hello everyone! I am very excited to share my first song, Impeta, which I sang for my wife as a symbol of the love and affection I have for her,” he wrote on social media.
He encouraged his followers to listen to the song on his YouTube channel, thanking them for their continued support as he begins what he described as a new musical journey.
The song has attracted more than 45,000 views on YouTube within a few days of its release.
Bogari has also announced plans to release his debut album following the launch of Impeta, marking a new chapter in his career beyond social media content creation.
