Rwandan rapper Abijuru King Lewis, popularly known as Papa Cyangwe, is set to host a listening event for his upcoming album, ‘Never Broke Again’, after spending time working on the project.
The event is scheduled for Friday, October 2, 2026, starting at 6 p.m. at After5 Lounge in Kigali.
Papa Cyangwe has invited his fans to join him for the special event, where they will get an opportunity to listen to songs from the new album ahead of its release.
In a message shared on social media, the rapper said: “We prepared this music in the studio, and now the time has come to share it with our fans.”
‘Never Broke Again’ features 12 tracks, including collaborations with several artists.
The album opens with ‘Indyarya Gusa’, followed by ‘Sa’, featuring Marina, ‘Kuki Wabyemeye?’, and ‘Nibe Nawe’, featuring Racine and Yampano.
Other songs on the project include ‘Twarabikoreye’, ‘Depression’, featuring Lino G, ‘Full Package’, featuring Logan Joe, and ‘Busy’, featuring Elvin Cena.
Papa Cyangwe also worked with other artists on tracks such as ‘Impundu’, featuring Magna Romeo, and ‘Sempe’, featuring Mistaek, Bushali and Fox Makare.
The album also includes ‘Mbyifuza’, featuring Hollix, White Monkey and Hervis Beatz, as well as ‘Imbeho Ngo Mutahe’.
‘Never Broke Again’ is the latest major project in Papa Cyangwe’s music career, following his previous albums ‘Live and Die’, released in 2024, and ‘Now or Never’, released in 2025.
