Officers and personnel drawn from various units of the Rwanda Defence Force have successfully completed a rigorous nine-month basic special forces training, held at the Nasho Military Training Centre in Kirehe District.
The pass-out ceremony was officiated by the Chief of Defence Staff, Mubarakh Muganga, who hailed the trainees for their resilience, discipline and teamwork demonstrated throughout the demanding programme.
He called on the graduates to uphold professionalism, remain mission-focused and effectively apply the advanced skills acquired to strengthen national security and operational effectiveness.
The ceremony drew attendance from RDF generals and senior officers, highlighting the strategic importance of the training in enhancing the force’s preparedness and elite combat capabilities.
