Rwandan singer and producer Clement Ishimwe and his wife, celebrated musician Ingabire Butera Jeanne d’Arc, popularly known as Knowless, have marked 10 years of marriage, reflecting on a decade defined by love, challenges and shared growth.
The couple celebrated the milestone by sharing emotional messages, with Clement describing marrying Knowless as one of the best decisions he has made in his life.
“Ten years ago, we stood together and said ‘I do’, without knowing what life had prepared for us,” Clement said.
He acknowledged that their journey has included both joyful and difficult moments but said their commitment to each other has remained strong.
“It has not always been easy. We have had good moments and difficult ones, laughter and tears. But through everything, our love has continued to grow stronger than every challenge we have faced,” he said.
Clement thanked Knowless for her support, trust and love throughout their marriage, saying they have built a life filled with memories he will always cherish.
He also expressed confidence in their future together, saying their journey is far from over.
Knowless, who revealed that the couple has been together for 15 years, including 10 years of marriage, described their years together as “a great gift.”
She said their relationship has not been about perfection but about continuously choosing each other, building together, growing and dreaming as a family.
Looking back on their journey, Knowless said she sees God’s guidance in their story and thanked Him for giving her a supportive partner and best friend.
She also celebrated their role as parents to their daughters, describing their children as one of the greatest blessings they have received.
The singer thanked Clement for the love and support he has shown her, saying she looks forward to the future chapters of their life together.
Clement Ishimwe and Knowless got married on August 7, 2016, and have since become one of Rwanda’s most recognised celebrity couples.
