Police Women’s Volleyball Club (Police WVC) has signed Cameroonian opposite hitter Bidza Ekani Lucie Carole from Litto Team Volleyball in Cameroon.
Carole is the club’s third new signing ahead of the 2026/27 season, following the arrival of libero Uzamukunda Fillette from Kepler WVC and Brazilian player Rosaly Galdino Pereira Egwuatu Chioma from OK Mladost of North Macedonia.
Carole has already arrived in Rwanda and is expected to strengthen Police WVC’s attack as the club seeks a replacement for Yankurije Francoise, who left the team to join APR WVC.
Under head coach Hatumimana Christian, Police WVC is rebuilding its squad with the aim of returning to the top after a disappointing 2025/26 season.
The club entered the 2025 season as reigning league champions but failed to defend its title, bowing out in the playoff semifinals after losing to Kepler WVC.
