Rwanda has reported significant progress in its national HIV/AIDS response, saying it has surpassed key global targets set by the World Health Organization (WHO), while urging continued international cooperation and investment to achieve the goal of ending AIDS as a public health threat by 2030.

The Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) and Rwanda National Police have donated livestock to vulnerable residents in Kirehe and Kayonza districts as part of ongoing community outreach programs aimed at improving livelihoods.

Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Amb. Olivier Nduhungirehe, has said Rwanda’s development progress has been significantly supported by cooperation with other countries and international organizations.

The City of Kigali has announced plans to expand its network of dedicated pedestrian running lanes, known as “Green Carpet” tracks, as part of efforts to promote physical fitness and healthy living among residents.
