Rwanda-born French international Frank Ntilikina has joined Paris Basketball after leaving Greek giants Olympiacos, marking his return to French basketball.

Paris Basketball announced the signing of the 28-year-old point guard on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, after one season with Olympiacos.

Ntilikina, who has Rwandan parents, began his professional career in France before making the move to the NBA in 2017. He was selected by the New York Knicks with the eighth overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft.

He spent four seasons in New York before later playing for the Dallas Mavericks and Charlotte Hornets.

After leaving the NBA in 2024, Ntilikina returned to European basketball with Serbian club KK Partizan. He subsequently moved to Olympiacos, where he spent the 2025-26 season.

The point guard has represented France at international level and has collected several major honours during his career, including the EuroLeague, ABA League, Greek League and Serbian League titles.

His move to Paris brings the experienced guard back to France as he continues his European career with one of the country’s leading basketball clubs.
