Police in the Northern Province have arrested five suspects in connection with the killing of a 26-year-old woman in Gicumbi District.
The incident occurred in Nange Cell, Muko Sector, and was reported on Wednesday, sparking concern among local residents.
According to the regional Police spokesperson, Ignace Ngirabakunzi, the suspects are in custody as investigations continue to determine the circumstances and motive behind the crime.
Authorities said a detailed inquiry is underway, with further information expected as the investigation progresses.
