Tickets for the Move Africa festival featuring international superstar Doja Cat have completely sold out ahead of the historic event in Kigali.

The high-demand tickets, priced at 145,000 RWF each, were snapped up by Monday night, March 16, 2026, just hours before the concert scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at BK Arena, which can host 10,000 attendees.

Doja Cat arrived in Kigali on the night of Sunday, March 15, ahead of her performance, while Hugh Evans, CEO of Global Citizen—the organization behind the Move Africa festival—arrived on Monday, March 16.

The concert schedule begins with doors opening at 4:00 PM for a “Happy Hour,” allowing attendees to mingle, take photos, and enjoy refreshments until 6:00 PM. Main entry gates open at 6:00 PM, with DJ Iraa warming up the crowd before Doja Cat takes the stage at 7:30 PM.

The rapid sell-out highlights the immense popularity of Move Africa and underscores Rwanda’s emergence as a key destination for major international music festivals.
