Kigali is heading into a busy entertainment weekend, with major concerts expected to draw music fans while fashion becomes an increasingly visible part of the live-music experience.
Tanzanian star Diamond Platnumz is set to headline the Friends of Amstel Experience at the BK Arena parking lot on August 29, alongside Rwandan performers including Bruce Melodie, Nel Ngabo and Ish Kevin.
The city will also host another major music event next weekend, when Nigerian Afrobeats star Rema headlines the Kwita Izina Concert at BK Arena on September 5.
