The eighth round of Rwanda’s 2026/2027 BK Pro League continues on Tuesday, November 3, with two key fixtures as Kigali FC face Mukura Victory Sports, while Gasogi United take on APR FC at Kigali Pelé Stadium.

Kigali FC will be looking to recover from a difficult run when they meet Mukura, who are aiming to maintain their position among the league’s leading teams.

Kigali FC sit bottom of the table with four points from five matches. They come into the fixture after a 2-0 defeat to Kiyovu Sports and need a win to rebuild confidence and move away from the relegation zone.

Mukura are third with 11 points from six matches. They drew 1-1 with Al Merrikh SC in their previous outing and will be seeking a return to winning ways to remain in contention for the top positions.

In their last five meetings, Mukura have won once, while the other four ended in draws. Their most recent encounter, in April 2026, finished 1-1.

The other fixture will see APR FC host Gasogi United at 7 p.m., with both sides looking for valuable points.

APR FC head into the match after a 2-0 victory over Etincelles FC and will be hoping to maintain their momentum.

Gasogi, meanwhile, are seeking to end a difficult run. They have failed to win their last five league matches, drawing three and losing two. Their most recent match ended in a 2-0 defeat to Al Hilal SC.

APR FC have historically dominated this fixture since Gasogi’s promotion to the top flight in 2019. In 17 meetings, APR have won eight times, Gasogi once, while eight matches have ended in draws.

Gasogi recorded their first victory over APR FC in the Peace Cup on March 12, 2026, winning 1-0. However, APR responded with a 4-0 victory in the return fixture.

In their last five BK Pro League meetings, APR have won three, while the other two ended in draws. Gasogi are yet to register a league victory over the military side in that run.

Attention will also be on APR FC striker Djibril Ouattara, who has scored twice in the league and will be looking to add to his tally. He is chasing the leading scorers, including Junior Kameni of Rayon Sports and Ramadhan Niyibizi of Marine FC, who have each scored four goals.
