Rwanda’s Prime Minister, Dr. Justin Nsengiyumva, joined fellow African leaders on Saturday, February 14, 2026, for the official opening of the 39th Ordinary Session of the African Union Heads of State and Government in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Amb. Olivier Nduhungirehe, held talks with Tunisia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Mohamed Ali Nafti, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on the sidelines of the 48th session of the African Union Executive Council.
