Rwandan rapper Abijuru King Lewis, popularly known as Papa Cyangwe, is preparing to release his third studio album, “Never Broke Again,” a 12-track project featuring collaborations with several artists.
The album is scheduled for release on September 28, 2026, and will include four songs that have already been released: “Sa,” featuring Marina; “Kuki Wabyemeye?”; “Nibe Nawe,” featuring Racine and Yampano; and “Busy,” featuring Elvin Cena.
The remaining tracks are “Indyarya Gusa,” which opens the album, “Twarabikoreye,” “Depression,” featuring Lino G, “Full Package,” featuring Logan Joe, and “Impundu,” featuring Magna Romeo.
The project also features “Sempe,” with Mistaek, Bushali and Fox Makare; “Mbyifuza,” featuring Hollix, White Monkey and Hervis Beatz; and “Imbeho Ngo Mutahe,” which closes the album.
“Never Broke Again” comes a year after Papa Cyangwe released “Now or Never,” a 13-track album that followed his 2024 debut project, “Live and Die.”
The upcoming release will be his third full-length album, adding to a catalogue that also includes two six-track EPs, “Sitaki” and “Sazafrika.”
The new project further expands Papa Cyangwe’s body of work while bringing together a wide range of collaborators from Rwanda’s contemporary music scene.
