Rwanda has reaffirmed its readiness to share its post-conflict reconstruction experience with South Sudan, particularly in promoting unity and reconciliation as foundations for sustainable peace.

Rwanda and Namibia have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations following high-level talks between Prime Minister Dr. Justin Nsengiyumva and Namibia’s President, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, held on the sidelines of the 39th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Prime Minister Justin Nsengiyumva has called on African leaders to confront the structural drivers of instability across the continent, warning that sustainable peace will remain elusive unless conflicts are addressed at their root.

Rwandan peacekeepers serving under the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) have intensified community outreach efforts in South Sudan, reinforcing trust and cooperation between troops and local residents.
