Rwandan journalist Aime Beaute Mushashi has legally married her partner, Francis Nyamaswa, in a ceremony held on Wednesday, March 5, 2026.
Mushashi shared the news on her Instagram account, describing Nyamaswa as the love of her life and thanking him for taking the next step in their relationship. “Look at what God has done, I have officially married the love of my life. Francis Nyamaswa made this possible,” she wrote.
The couple had announced their wedding plans in December 2025, with the ceremony originally scheduled for March 14, 2026.
Aime Beaute Mushashi is a prominent figure in Rwandan media, known for her work as a news anchor and for producing reports on social development issues. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Rwanda and has built a reputation for delivering news in Kinyarwanda across various programs.
Mushashi rose to prominence as a journalist on Tv1, working on multiple programs from 2017 to 2024, before moving to Televiziyo Rwanda, where she continues to present news and host shows covering a range of topics, including citizen welfare and social affairs.
