More than 2,000 young people affiliated with the RPF Inkotanyi gathered this Sunday at the party’s headquarters for the 6th General Assembly of its youth league.
Opening the meeting, First Vice Chairperson of RPF Inkotanyi, Consolee Uwimana, called on the youth to take the lead in developing innovative solutions to challenges facing Rwandans.
She urged them to be proactive in improving citizens’ livelihoods and accelerating national development, emphasizing the critical role young people play in shaping the country’s future.
Uwimana also reminded the youth of their responsibility to be at the forefront of combating drug abuse, alcoholism, and other harmful behaviors that threaten their well-being and could undermine their future.
The gathering served as a platform to reinforce the role of youth as drivers of transformation, innovation, and responsible citizenship in Rwanda’s development agenda.
